We ship worldwide, with the following exclusions:

  • Royal London Brand products are available only in New Zealand.

New Zealand

  • Free Standard Shipping: Courier Track & Trace throughout New Zealand.
    Note: If you require overnight service, please contact us in advance to check availability and receive a quote.

Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping: Track & Trace Postal Delivery.
  • Express Shipping: NZD $30 via DHL Express.

We use DHL Express Superfast service for all major cities in Australia. This service also covers most rural areas, but delivery times may be longer.
Please note: This service does not deliver to P.O. boxes; a physical address and a phone number are required.

International (Worldwide)

  • Standard Shipping: NZD $45 for Track & Trace Courier service to the USA, Canada, Singapore, the UK, and Europe.
  • Express Delivery: NZD $70 for expedited shipping.

We use DHL Express for international shipments to designated countries. Please note that this service is not available for P.O. boxes; a physical address and a phone number are required.

 

 

Packaging and Protection

We take extra precautions to ensure your products are delivered safely and in perfect condition.

  • Standard Packaging: All products are securely packaged in a box with or extra bubble wrap for added protection.
  • Gift Packaging: Gifts are packaged separately in a neutral-coloured or black courier bag.

Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit while also where possible being environmentally responsible.


 

Order Dispatch and Delivery Information

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are received, where possible, during weekdays. If there is any anticipated delay, we will notify you immediately. Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Where will my order be dispatched from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. A tracking number will be provided once it is generated through the shipping service you selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a link with your tracking details from our New Zealand site.

  • If you are in Australia, you can use your tracking number on the AusPost website for more detailed information, including any "card to call" inquiries.

New Zealand

  • Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days via NZ Post Track & Trace.
    For overnight service, please contact us to confirm availability and costs.

DHL Express Fast Deliveries

  • Australia: 2–5 days (Major Cities: 2–4 days; Rural Areas: additional 2–3 days).
  • USA & Canada: 5–7 days.
  • Worldwide: 5–10 days.

Post/Couriers Track & Trace

  • Australia: 7–10 working days (Rural Areas: additional 2–3 days).
  • USA: 10–14 working days.
  • Worldwide: 10–14 working days.

Warranties

All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years). We have carefully selected our brands for their high quality and reliability, and they rarely have issues. However, if a problem does arise, rest assured that you are covered by the warranty.

We also provide servicing for all these brands at our service center.
